Conditions
- This voucher is valid until the expiry date specified and cannot be redeemed or replaced after this date.
- If a specific treatment is purchased the expiry is 12 months for that treatment, thereafter the monetary value of the treatment is valid for 24 months.
- The value of this voucher is only valid for our current menu only, prices are subject to change without notice.
- Gift voucher packages must be redeemed in full at one appointed time only.
- Gift voucher bookings which have not been cancelled or rescheduled no less than 48 hrs prior to allocated booking time will automatically be redeemed.
- Gift vouchers must be presented to be redeemed.
- Revival Skin Body Wellness is not responsible for lost or stolen vouchers, we will however replace the lost or stolen voucher for an administration fee of $20.00 if recipient can verify themselves.
- Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Gift vouchers are non-transferable between clients.
- Gift vouchers must be redeemed by the recipient only.

- Vouchers purchased for a custom dollar amount can be used more than once but must be completely redeemed by expiry date.
