Our clients expect true time out when they enter our salon. To ensure the outside world is left behind PLEASE TURN OFF YOUR MOBILE PHONE and enjoy your time with us. Thank you for your respect and consideration of others.
Whilst every effort is made to ensure that prices listed on the website are accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee their accuracy – and prices are subject to change or variation. You should always confirm the price and details of any of our services when booking.
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your treatment. Arriving late to an appointment will simply limit the time for your treatment. Your treatment will end on time so that the next client will not be delayed. The full value of your scheduled appointment will still be applied. To ensure availability, please make reservations in advance.
We do accept that very occasionally cancellations will be necessary, however time has been allocated and reserved just for you, so when cancelling or re-scheduling please provide us with no less than:
- 24 hrs notice for bookings of 1 hr or less;
- 48 hrs notice for bookings of Gift Vouchers and appointments over 1 hr, Thursday evening or Saturday appointments.
A text message will be forwarded to your mobile notifying you of your appointment date and time.
If your cancellation or rescheduling is not received or is late the full amount of the scheduled services will be applied at next appointment. If we can fill or partially fill your allocated appointment we will only charge you for the monetary difference between the scheduled services.
We request that you leave all valuable items at home. We will not assume any responsibility for lost or stolen personal items.
HEALTH CONCERNS & PREGNANCY
At time of reservation, please advise if you are pregnant or trying to become pregnant, using skin medications, taking medications or have allergies, medical conditions, or have recently undergone surgery.
Also, please notify your Therapist if you have high blood pressure, heart conditions, physical disabilities or metal implants or metal implants.
Acknowledging these conditions will allow us to perform to your individual needs, as some treatments will not be suitable to receive.
We accept Cash, Visa Card, MasterCard & Eftpos. We do not accept cheques.
